When you purchase luggage or backpacks on our website, we offer free shipping to Hong Kong and China.
How long does delivery take?
Normally within 3 working days after order confirmation. Contact us for express delivery if needed.
Do you deliver to HK/Macau/China/Overseas?
We deliver to all areas in Hong Kong. Remote areas in China have additional charges.
Can I return or exchange?
No returns on our website. We offer exchange for quality issues, but no refunds.
Is there warranty on luggage?
All Offbeat products including OFFBEAT and TRAVELPLUS now come with 3-year warranty, excluding agency products. Covers front/back covers, handles, wheels, and pull rods (non-human damage).
Can you fix if damaged?
Non-human damage = free repair. Airline damage = please claim from the airline/travel agency.
